Ordering and Shipping
Ordering:
You can order our products on-line by clicking through our secure,
Paypal shopping cart. No Paypal Account is necessary and all major
credit cards are accepted when ordering on-line. If you prefer,
you can print out our
ORDER
FORM to order by mail.

Shipping:
Most of the orders are packaged and shipped within 72 hours of receiving
the order.
We ship most of our products with UPS Ground because they offer "Tracking" and
that provides a real-time status of the shipped package(s). Although we
can not guarantee an exact delivery time, we can provide you with the
UPS tracking number so you can track your order from home. We reserve
the right to choose another shipping company if needed. Once an item is
shipped, shipping charges are not reimbursed. Please contact us if you
need expedited shipping or shipping beyond the 48 contiguous states.
Home Delivery:
If you're a local client, we may choose to offer you home delivery,
subject to availability. We drop off some orders that are local to us,
only when we have the time available to do so. We do this because we
love to visit with our clients and answer any questions they may have
about how to use our products. When we see a local delivery address,
we may contact you directly and offer you home/stable delivery. Hope

Special Shipping Arrangements:
If you would like to make special arrangements expedited UPS shipping
or for shipping your
products with the United States Post Office (USPS) or through Fed Ex
